Goldene Gams

À la carte restaurant for visitors and hotel guests, meeting place for locals, feel-good place for everybody. The Goldene Gams is one of the genuine Kitzbühel institutions that have become an integral part of the historic town center.

This is where the people of Kitzbühel meet for their traditional card games (“Watten” or “Schnapsen”), for afternoon coffee or for a gourmet dinner. Curious vacationers find themselves magically attracted by the warm and open atmosphere. Anyone is welcome here – and you can feel it.

The friendly smiles of the staff, the lovingly designed dishes and the personal chats with the boss. He always is around somewhere in the hotel or the restaurants of the Tiefenbrunner and likes to take care of the guests in the Golden Gams personally.

Markus Obermoser sits with the regulars for a game of cards, inquires about the well-being of the guests and is on hand to offer advice and assistance. Personable and down-to-earth. Always in the thick of things and yet, discreetly in the background. With an eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality. The result is a Goldene Gams that is second to none.

Rosshimmel

Welcome to heaven – to the horse’s heaven: Rosshimmel, to be exact.

Tiefenbrunner’s traditional, historic restaurant. Where nostalgia and modern age combine to create an unforgettable experience. Where gourmet dinners are enjoyed, and merry parties are celebrated.

What once were the stables of the horse changing station, now is an upscale restaurant full of Tyrolean charm. The granite columns of the original building bear witness to times long gone by and give the room an imposing flair.

With room for up to 60 guests, the Rosshimmel delights its guests with a uniquely comforting and warm character – and, of course, with delicious delicacies from the traditionally creative cuisine. That tastes good. Guaranteed!

Tyrolean cuisine, modernly interpreted and innovatively designed

While the hotel and restaurant director, Markus, is always with the guests, someone else clearly rules in the kitchen – namely head chef Daniel Moser. He not only is responsible for the design of the seasonal menu but also the driving force behind the gourmet innovations, the stylish presentation and the taste of the dishes.

As there is one thing he never forgets: it must taste good! And so it does – as evidenced by the beaming faces of the satisfied guests, their praise and the approval the dishes receive from the diverse clientele.
