Walk through vaults steeped in history, breathe in the scent of the wine cellar, marvel at the play of lights on the walls. A wine cellar, anything but ordinary. An atmosphere that is anything but ordinary. An event that is anything but ordinary.
Our wine cellar
It is one of the oldest parts of the whole Tiefenbrunner. Its history goes back more than 800 years. It is even a fixture of the guided tours of the museum association. Our Gams-cellar. It has a special place in our hearts, as it combines everything we stand for. The appreciation of history, coupled with enjoyment of the highest level and a modern interpretation of the traditional.
In addition to wine tastings, this space has already hosted art exhibitions, receptions, readings and jazz events. And also, one or two parties might have been part of the long history of our impressive wine cellar, of course.
Benjamin Schrott
Benjamin has 18 years of experience hotel business. He has gained experience in well-known hotels in Ischgl, St. Moritz and Sölden and has been running the hotel restaurant with great enthusiasm and joy since summer 2022.
“Wine is my passion and I was lucky enough to learn from experienced sommeliers. I want to bring people closer to the subject of wine and pass on the passion that I feel myself.”
